At Swisston, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or replace it.
Returns: You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be in their original condition where possible.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Replacements: If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know and we will ship a new item to you.
